About the Founder
With over 35 years of experience in FMCG in the fields of Quality, Safety, Sustainability and Security, worked in different geographies which include China, Singapore, Russia, Netherlands apart from India.
Vaidya had also been in different capacities from country, cluster, regional to global lead roles in HSE, Security and Quality functions. Led multi-cultural teams and successfully steered the organizations through various crisis situations.
His key strength is to always bring in global perspective to all situations with local compliance needs in his work.

As a certified global Quality & Safety auditor, Vaidya had performed audits of various Sourcing Units across all six continents. Vaidya had carried out significant number of Safety audits in extended chain including offices, R & D Units and Distribution Centers. He was also a qualified Master Coach for Behavioral Safety.
Most of his experience were in the fields of Home Care, Skin Care and Oral Care processing and packing operations apart from Foods, Beverages and Ice Cream factories.
